Refund policy

Holiday returns or exchanges will be accepted until January 31, 2026. No refunds will be allowed on special order merchandise, personalized items, clearance items or embroidery. Exchanges will be accepted on items damaged by manufacturers defect. Worn out, used or personally damaged items will not be exchanged. Please return all items to the location of purchase for all refunds or exchanges, not the corporate office.
